1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (or, if the order contains several items delivered separately, within 14 days of receiving the last item).
To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision (for example by email to xxx@xxx.xx) with your order number and contact details. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
2. Returning physical goods
- Return the goods to us within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. Return address: xxx.
- Goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and labels.

3. Digital products and online courses
- If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content, the 14-day withdrawal right applies.
- When you purchase digital content and expressly agree that we may start providing it immediately, and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the content is made available or accessed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. We ask for this confirmation at checkout.

4. Goods that cannot be returned
The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
- goods that, by their nature, were inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
- digital content supplied as described in section 3.
5. Refunds
- We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. For physical goods, we may wait until we receive the goods back or you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.
- Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the order, at no extra cost to you.
- If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, we do not refund the additional cost.
6. Defective or incorrect goods
If you receive goods that are damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us at xxx@xxx.xx within XX days of delivery, with your order number and photos where possible. We will, at your choice and where legally required, repair, replace, reduce the price or refund the goods. In this case we cover the return shipping costs. Your statutory rights under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and consumer protection law are not affected (including the 2-year legal guarantee for goods).
7. Exchanges

8. Complaints and disputes
